{"id":6020,"date":"2020-03-16T10:14:19","date_gmt":"2020-03-16T09:14:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/165.22.27.25\/?p=6020"},"modified":"2020-03-17T10:16:59","modified_gmt":"2020-03-17T09:16:59","slug":"coronavirus-catalan-tax-agency-suspends-deadlines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deventerconsulting.com\/en\/coronavirus-catalan-tax-agency-suspends-deadlines\/","title":{"rendered":"Coronavirus: Catalan Tax Agency suspends deadlines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.atc.gencat.cat\">Catalan Tax Agency<\/a>, in view of the current exceptional situation caused by COVID-19, has published the measures adopted in relation to the deadlines for the tax processing procedures and services for citizens.<\/p>\n<h2>Suspension of tax periods<\/h2>\n<p>Thus, in accordance with the declared alarm status, the following measures are adopted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Suspension and interruption of the terms of the management, inspection and collection procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Suspension of prescription periods and expiration.<\/li>\n<li>Suspension of face-to-face care. Previous appointments already given are canceled and the offices will remain closed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These measures will be in force and will be applied in all the offices, delegations and central services of the Tax Agency of Catalonia until further notice.
