On friday 13th it was published the\u00a0Real Decreto-Ley 7\/2020.<\/a> As a result of it,\u00a0the government approves some measures to aid small and medium companies (PYMEs\/SMEs) and freelancers.<\/p>\n

This Royal Decree contains basically three fields of action:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Strengthen the sanitary sector<\/li>\n
  2. Protect families wellfare<\/li>\n
  3. Aid and support the affected comapnies, specially those of the tourism sector and SMEs<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Focusing in that third group, chapter IV of the Royal Decree brings up measures of transitory financial support targeting the lowering of treasury tensions of Pymes and freelancers.<\/p>\n

    Deferrable taxes<\/h3>\n

    Deferrals will be granted for the payment of the debt of all those settlements and self-assessments whose presentation period is between March 13 and May 30. This means that the deferrals cover the statements for the months of February, March and April, as well as those relating to the First Quarter of the year.<\/p>\n
